Due to rapid growth, Marathon is Hiring Immediately reliable Team Members to work in Pallet Assembly Line at a local lumber company located in Conway, South Carolina, and a leading manufacturer in its markets .

Job Details:
This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity!
1st Shift & 2nd Shift: Monday to Friday (40-50 hours per week) and Saturdays may be required, depending on work volume.
Pay: at $14.00 per hour for 1st Shift & $16.50 per hour for 2nd Shift

Responsibilities:
Secures and maintains correct component parts and supplies required for the operation.
Completes work area set up.
Fits parts together in accordance with prescribed instructions and in accordance with quality standards.
Operates hand tools as required to complete assembly process.
Stacks completed products in accordance with established procedures, and if required, may cover, label, and band components/finished product.
Ensures work area is safe, clean and organized, and that equipment is safe to operate.
Other duties as required
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to work in a safe manner
Demonstrates ability to follow specific instructions and directions
Demonstrate ability to use and operate hand tools and pneumatic
Punctual and reliable

• Ability to do simple math and read a tape measure
