Job Posting for Team Lead (Process Coordination) at Marathon TS
MarathonTS is seeking a Team Lead (Process Coordination) to manage a team of data entry contractors assisting U.S. Customs and Border Protection with administrative tasks related to the processing of non-citizens entering through ports of entry. A successful candidate will have experience managing small to medium-sized teams and understand basic scheduling and time and attendance guidelines. The Team Lead will be responsible for Data Entry Contractors working 7 days a week and multiple shifts.

- Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
- Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Receive complaints and resolve problems.
- Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.
- Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa.
- Prepare and submit performance reports.
Basic Job Requirements
- Proficient computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Spanish proficiency preferred but not required
- U.S. citizenship required
- Ability to obtain a CBP Clearance
- Ability to hold others accountable
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organization and time management skills; ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, plan workflow, and take initiative
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop effective working relationships with Marathon TS staff and CBP port leadership
- Ability to analyze and present data in a meaningful way
- Flexible, positive team player; outstanding customer service orientation
- Ability to handle difficult situations with poise and tact, maintain confidentiality at all times, and exhibit good judgment
