What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitorial Services position at Marathon?
We are now seeking Janitorial Services in the Downtown Columbia area. Openings are for Day Shift.

- Essential Job Duties:
- Provide required janitorial services in a thorough manner
- Vaccum all areas
- Dust/clean cubicle tops, windowsills, tabletops, and bookshelves
- Restock all products and supplies in Private restrooms and Breakrooms
- Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, mirrors, and countertops
- Empty all trash and replace liners.
- Dust wall hangings and fixtures
- keep baseboards spot free
- Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors
- Demonstrate teamwork by cooperating and assisting co-workers as needed
- Perform other duties as required to provide service and teamwork
Responsibilities:
- General cleaning and sanitizing
- Disinfect bathroom areas and replenishes toiletry amenities
- Dust venetian blinds
- Remove accumulated trash and debris as required
Qualified Candidates will: * Have janitorial experience
- Work on their feet most of the time
- Can work easily in a team environment
- Be reliable and show up for their shift
- Follow ALL safety rules & guideline, policies & procedures, dress & grooming standards
- Communicate issues to a supervisor and/or Marathon Staffing as necessary.Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a national background check
