Production Coordinator

Marc Fisher Footwear is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team in our Greenwich, CT office. The Production Coordinator will be an individual with a desire and ability to learn new software and skills and use that knowledge to help support one of our many talented teams within our company.  Strong Microsoft Excel skills required.

Responsibilities:

• Assists in daily management to production process (ex. email correspondence with overseas trading office in regards to all aspects of production, costing, delivery accelerations/delays, etc.)
• Conduct weekly sales trend analysis reporting to Executive Vice President of Sales  and Sales Directors
• Responsible for entering Production contracts and Sales orders for FFANY customers
• Serves as direct support to brand manager with all day to day system maintenance   
• Responsible for sending projections to agent
• Responsible for entering Cost sheets which capture profit margins
• Review daily email distro to ensure orders are received and processed in a timely manner
• Monitor and analyze shipping lists from factories
• Update production commitments with cost and shipping information
• Manage customer service inquires as it relates to specific brand management
• Additional responsibilities assigned as needed

The ideal candidate would possess the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups)  
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and organization skills; team-oriented
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Extreme attention to detail
• Willing to take initiative and exercise strong problem solving skills
• Self-motivated with strong follow-up and completion skills
• Knowledge of Blue Cherry ERP Software a plus
