Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Strategic Operational Leadership: Collaborate with field operations teams to craft and execute strategies that align with our business objectives, driving growth and enhancing profitability.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as the key operations representative in cross-departmental initiatives, ensuring the successful launch and execution of new products and promotions.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and refine operational processes across food preparation, delivery, customer service, and supply chain management to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
- Project Oversight: Spearhead and manage projects aimed at enhancing operational performance at the store level, ensuring successful implementation and results.
- Quality Control: Develop and enforce quality standards for food preparation, hygiene, and customer service, maintaining consistency and excellence across all locations.
- Vendor Relations: Cultivate and sustain relationships with equipment suppliers and vendors, overseeing the testing and approval of new equipment to drive capital expenditure and labor savings.
- Training & Development: Partner with the training team to create and disseminate best practices and job aids, ensuring staff are well-equipped to deliver top-notch performance.
- Compliance & Safety; Ensure all operations adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies, fostering a safe and compliant environment for both staff and customers.
- International Operations Expertise: Leverage international experience to manage and optimize operations across diverse markets, ensuring alignment with global standards while adapting strategies to local contexts for maximum impact and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- At least 12 years of experience in operations management within the food service industry, ideally with a focus on quick-service or casual dining restaurants.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of inspiring and motivating teams.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Strategic thinker with a proven history of driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Knowledgeable about food safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
- PMP Certification Preferred
