What are the responsibilities and job description for the Drivers and Insiders position at Marco's Pizza?
Insider pay range $8.50 - $10.00 an Hour (with tips)
Driver pay range $10 to $15 an Hour (with tips and driver reimbursement)
With NFL season tips do increase, during peak times Drivers could make $25 a hour
Marcos Pizza, the nations fastest growing pizza chain, is looking for drivers. Drivers are paid hourly as well as mileage. Drivers also keep all of their own tips and mileage PAID CASH DAILY. All Drivers must pass a motor vehicle report to be considered for hire.
Restaurant Insider Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service to our guest.
- Assist with pizza, subs, and salads.
- Various cleaning duties in front and back or store.
- Cash management
- Answering phones
Restaurant Delivery Driver Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age
- Basic Math Skills
- No more then 2 moving violations in the last 24 months
- No violations involving drugs or alcohol in the last 5 years
- Must have your own car and insurance
