JOB DESCRIPTION
Under basic supervision, the Golf Course Customer Service associates, help to facilitate the golfers' experience. This is done by greeting them, loading their bag, and helping with course procedures.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

The Hotel operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so operational demands require variations in shift days, starting times, and hours worked in a week.
- Facilitate the golfers experience by greeting them, loading their bag and informing them of course procedures.
- Finish the guest experience by greeting them as they finish, cleaning their clubs and offering to load them in their car.
- Organizing the cart staging area, driving range, guest supply room, laundry facility, cart storage area and cleaning station.
- Change course water coolers every day and log in water cooler log book.
- Pick the driving range and clean range balls.
- Clean and detail carts after each use
- Organize and secure member golf club storage
- Clean cart towels and stock appropriately
- Clean area around the cart staging area, driving range and curb side check in
- Maintain a clean organized work space.
- Be knowledgeable about golf terminology.
- Clean, Re-stock and maintain an organized work area
- Secure all areas prior to leaving the facility
- Maintain awareness of where golfers are on the course so you are able to make educated decisions.
- Maintain contact with the Golf staff, starters, rangers and food and beverage staff to ensure staffing levels and guest satisfaction.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Minimum lifting of 30 pounds.
- Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity.
- Hearing, writing, typing, speaking.
- Ability to stand on feet for several hours at a time and be able to climb stairs.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Compensation
$12. 30 per hour
