General Accountabilities:
Create a positive guest experience. Smile, be always helpful and friendly- Assists guest(s) in any way possible to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to sanitation rules and regulations.
- Keep the station always stocked with necessary supplies. Maintain inventory of paper goods by keeping shelves organized and notifying Supervisor of need.
- Conduct any other related duties as assigned by Supervisor.
- Clear and wipe tables and chairs. Wipe downside stations.
- Assist servers in always resetting their tables.
- Breakdowns bus pans at dish machine area.
- Sorts all items.
- Performing closing activities such as cleaning chairs and tables, stacking chairs, preparing stations for the morning shifts.
- Assisting dishwashers to scrape, stack, or load dishes into dishwasher as needed.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop dining area.
- Attend daily preshift meeting to communicate business volume, entertainment schedule, and Marketing information to inform employees.
- Provide harmonious working environment while being sensitive to the needs of the employees and the guests.
- Ensure that the outlet is maintained and clean during all periods of operation.
This position is Part Time.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.- Minimum one (1) year of experience as a Busser experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English.
- Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ability to share or divide attention among several ongoing activities, projects, or assignments.
- Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.
- Able to effectively work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work at a fast pace with a sense of urgency.
- Must have strong attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain poise when receiving multiple guest requests.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business needs dictate.
