WE LOVE OUR WORK.
- Supervises Count Room operations by ensuring team members verify calculations and reconcile summary reports.
- Oversees daily functions of the Count Room, schedules, training and evaluating team members. Regular attendance in conformance with the standards established by Margaritaville is essential to the successful performance of this position.
- Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry; this leader may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property. This includes weekends and holidays on a 24-hour/7-day-a-week basis.
- Upon employment, all team members are required to fully comply with Margaritaville policies and procedures for the safe and efficient operation of Company facilities. Team members who violate Company policies and procedures are subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.
- Directly supervises the Count Team leads.
- Hires and trains count team members and ensures the count room runs efficiently.

- High School diploma and 3-5 years of Count Team exerience; with 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Must have excellent internal and external guest service.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communicaton skills.
- Proficient with Excel, Outlook and 10-key.
- Ability to obtain the appropriate work authorization per local, state, federal, and gaming regulations.
- Must be able to lift 50-100 lbs. Must be able to push or pull carts up to 3200 lbs.
