• Conducts investigations in accordance with company policy, procedures, state and federal laws.
• Assists in orderly filing of all employee information into active and term files.
• Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
• Participates in employee events and recognition programs; cross trains in employment, benefits, employee relations, and training.
• Provides direction for individuals seeking assistance with employee relations issues.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • A combination of experience or training will be considered.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Possess the ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to interact with employees within every level of the organization.
• High School Diploma or GED required. (Some college preferred)
• One to two years of Human Resources experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• Ability to write business correspondence and training manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. 
• Ability to obtain the appropriate work authorization per local, state, federal, and gaming regulations.
