QUALIFICATIONS: Associate of Arts/Science (AA/AS) Degree in Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent work experience) required. A minimum of 4 years Information Systems/Technology related work experience required. A minimum of 2 years in administering Windows Server/Client domain environments required. Experience in health care, medical research, or public health setting preferred. Experience installing, administering, and configuring Windows Server operating systems (physical and virtual servers, Microsoft Terminal servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, SharePoint, IIS, scripting technologies, and other Microsoft applications) required. Demonstrated experience with creating user accounts, setting security and file permissions for structured access to network resources. Experience installing, configuring and maintaining server-side software for use in a client/server network required. Proficiency with Microsoft Group Policy deployments to ensure standardized settings, software distribution, and security policy enforcement required. Experience configuring and supporting PC systems in a LAN /WLAN environment required. Demonstrated proficiency administrating servers, desktop computers, printers, phones, smartphones, software deployments, security updates and patches required. Experience managing a centralized antivirus solution to guarantee antivirus functionality for all server and workstation endpoint clients required. Proficiency in web technologies such as: PHP, WordPress and HTML. Should have an excellent understanding of data backup and recovery procedures. Understanding of and experience troubleshooting electrical circuits as applied to telecommunications and networking systems preferred. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities required.

ADA ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Hearing: within normal limits with or without use of corrective hearing devices.

· Vision: adequate to read 12-point type with or without use of corrective lenses.

· Must be able to verbally interact with staff, clients and public.

· Manual dexterity of hands/fingers for writing, computer input.

· Able to lift up to 40 lbs.

· Sitting 25 to 75 % of the day.

· Stand/Walking 25% of the day.

· Pushing up to 30 lbs.

· Pulling up to 20 lbs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Manages end user accounts in Active directory, Exchange and other third party applications. Responsible for account creation, deletion, group memberships, file permissions and access rights in accordance with best-practices regarding privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.

· Assist Information Technology Manager with all responsibilities associated in maintaining a complex IT environment.

· Able to perform advanced troubleshooting and administration of Windows based applications, Operating Systems (Desktop, Server) and Server Roles (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Print Servers, File Servers, Application Servers, Terminal Servers, etc.).

· Installs and configures clients/server applications as required by different departments.

· Sets up Windows based workstations on company network manually and via Remote Installation methods.

· Creates software packages to be deployed via Microsoft Group Policy to ensure standardized settings, software distribution, and security policy enforcement.

· Completes projects related to server and network installations, configurations and migrations as assigned.

· Works with vendors and manager to plan and apply operating system patches as required to improve performance and security.

· Maintains and implements features, enhancements, and content of new and existing websites relevant to Marimn Health.

· Performs day to day management of the antivirus solution suite, as well as installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of antivirus software.

· Works well with all departments to maintain existing and future network needs and support individual business applications.

· Follows procedures and/or instructions given while working on IT infrastructure.

· Provides expert and creative solutions to user problems in a very small team environment.

· Maintains an accurate inventory of IT equipment.

· Installs and configures clients/server applications as required by different departments.

· Sets up Windows based workstations on company network manually and via Remote Installation methods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $1.00 per hour
