OVERVIEW: The International Tax Manager is responsible for assisting with Company's international tax reporting, tax planning and tax compliance function. In this role, the International Tax Manager will provide assistance to ensure the Company files timely and accurate returns in order to satisfy its regulatory requirements, assist the company in structuring its affairs in order to minimize its tax burden and serves as a resource in tax areas for others in the company.

EXPERIENCE:
- Exposure to ASC 740 reporting
- Exposure to GILTI, FDII, and Foreign Tax Credit calculations
- Experience in tax research and writing
- Accounting Degree
- CPA preferred
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Assist with modelling U.S tax consequences of international operations
- Coordination with tax service providers in foreign jurisdictions
- Federal and state income tax compliance, including transfer pricing
- International, federal and state income tax planning, cash management
- Assistance with ASC 740 reporting and UTP analysis
- Federal and state income tax research
- Assistance with tax controversies, reducing international tax risks, and acquisition due diligence
- Assistance with other Tax Matters
- Ability to accurately and timely complete the Company's tax compliance responsibilities.
- Proactive identification, analysis and implementation of international tax planning opportunities to minimize the company's tax burden.
- Assisting with the Company's tax controversies in a manner that minimizes exposures and administrative work.
- Preparation and compliance with the company's quarterly financial reporting responsibilities with respect to income taxes.
- Internal and external customer service with respect to tax matters.
- Proactively plan for proposed tax law changes including global minimum tax and country by country reporting.
- Maintain internal control and SOX documentation requirements
- Maintain intercompany memos and related tax compliance.
