What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing Intelligence Systems Engineer position at Mark Anthony Brands Inc.?
- Work with business process experts regarding functional requirements and define & develop technical solutions to meet business needs while ensuring standardization of all integrations.
- Understand the functional requirements of continuous improvement project and deliver automated solutions.
- Lead OT continuous improvement projects from conception to completion to help Mark Anthony Brewing achieve manufacturing excellence across all sites.
- Perform all upgrades, patches, or code management of all OT applications.
- Ensure all enterprise and manufacturing sites OT applications provide maximum uptime of systems.
- Upgrade and provide documentation of technical design, SOPs and provide training and any new features and new solutions.
- Lead the creation of documentation for on the job, classroom, and virtual training.
- Works towards becoming expert in all applications to provide support.
- Provide leadership and coaching to team to accomplish shared goals and deliver business value.
Qualifications, Education, & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or minimum ten years of relevant work experience
- Experience in design, development, and implementation of MES solution, Inductive Automation and Sepasoft experience preferred.
- Experience in integrating with ERP systems
- Strong skills with SCADA and PLC code development
- Practical hands-on expertise with Food & Beverage processing equipment
- Full lifecycle project management experience (i.e., process development, process scale-up, punch lists, commissioning, start-up, operations training, etc.)
Skills & Abilities
Proficient in multiple programming languages, such as Python, XML, SQL, Web Services, Ladder Logic, Function Block, STL, VBA, etc.
