Supervisor, Maintenance Night Shift

Role Purpose:.

This position will support the efficient and effective operation of the wastewater and Utilities department. Ensuring compliance with ADEQ regulatory requirements, optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce energy consumption, and fostering a safe and collaborative work environment.

Accountabilities & Impact:

• Ensure compliance to our safety standards and promotion of a safe working environment.
• Oversee Utilities and wastewater to ensure equipment is operating according to established standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with brewing, packaging, and supply chain teams to make sure we have adequate CO2 as well as protecting the wastewater plant from any upsets do to unexpected major product discharges
• Support the training and development of techs, providing guidance on best practices, and equipment operation.
  
  

Skills & Experiences Needed:

• Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal soft skills
• Team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter, well-organized and able to multi-task
• Ability to learn and cultivate technical expertise
• 2-5 years validated experience in a lead role as it relates to plant utilities.
• Associates degree or higher in utilities related field (combination experience/education); wastewater certifications, boiler certification, or refrigeration certification are a plus.
