Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Broken Arrow, OK for a Bookkeeper. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing financial reports and statements. The successful candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting software, such as Quick Books, and Microsoft Excel (Sheets)
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- Experience in general ledger accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Associates degree in Accounting or related field preferred, but not required
- Prior experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role preferred, but not required
