We are currently in search of a driven Entry-Level E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team as we continue to grow. This opportunity is well-suited for individuals who aspire to kickstart their careers in the realms of e-commerce and digital marketing. As part of this role, you will be entrusted with ensuring the day-to-day operations of our Amazon marketplace stores run smoothly, ultimately delivering a seamless shopping experience to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate in the management and enhancement of our Amazon marketplace products and product listings.
  • Assist in overseeing our Amazon marketplace inventory, diligently maintaining up-to-date listings.
  • Work closely with our sales team to analyze and generate reports on customer reviews, market trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Participate actively in crafting and executing Amazon promotions and advertising campaigns.
  • Engage with the management team to address customer inquiries and manage any concerns or complaints.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a degree or certification in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Exhibit excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, or eBay is considered a valuable asset.
  • Display strong communication and organizational prowess.
  • Showcase a deep passion for e-commerce and a genuine eagerness to delve deeper into this field.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
