Process Engineering Intern
Are you a hands-on and experienced Mechanical Engineering student keen on contributing to the manufacturing improvement and exciting new industrial products for marking and bar code printing applications with both laser and ink-jet technologies?
In this role you'll ...work with Process Engineers, have the opportunity to support test fixture development, optimize and design specific steps of printer or ink manufacturing process, work on packaging standardization.

Principal Activities/Duties/Responsibilities:
- Primarily perform CAD in support of test fixture development
- Set up Bill of Materials (BoMs) and Routings
- Write Manufacturing Assembly and Packaging Instructions (MAIs, PAIs)
- Investigate and document missing legacy information in light of new regulations (e.g. new requirements for quantifying packaging waste in BoMs)
- Effectively interact with other members of the technical team to create a safe, fun, and productive work environment
- Potentially formalize Firmware release process with global approach
Required Skills:
- Study in Mechanical Engineering - 3 years minimum
- 3D solid modeling experience (Solidworks/Creo/Windchill/Inventor)
- Eagerness to learn new skills and new tools
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team-oriented environment
- Must be organized and able to multi-task
- Experience with Microsoft office
- Results oriented, self-starter with the ability to work with minimal direction
Additional skills that reflect in your favor:
- Study in Electro - Mechanical or controller Automation Engineering - 3 years
- Experience in basic CAD, BOM creation
- Experience in SAP
- Experience with Ink-Jet printing
