Job Summary:
Manage in/outbound flows in compliance with local regulations and company policies and responsible of the achievement of Global logistic key performance indicators (KPI) for the platform.
Job Duties / Responsibilities:
1. Budgeting – Responsible for the achievement of the freight costs budget for the platform.
2. Reporting Activities – Responsible for the achievement of Global Logistic Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the platform and consolidation of the Global Logistic KPI’s for the region.
3. Rules, Regulations and Procedures - implement policies and procedures that conform to corporate practice. Ensure all local regulations and rules are properly implemented and followed.
4. Continuous Improvement - Develop use of Continuous Improvement techniques. Drive customer and internal operational centered improvements. Ensure global consistency through best practice and communication.
Other Activities / Duties / Responsibilities:
- Follow up the transportation budget
- Manage carriers’ invoices
- Manage Carriers service level KPI’s
- Handle logistic claims and drive corrective actions
- Drive customer centred improvements for freight performance
- Driver internal operational centred improvements for freight performance
- Lead carrier’s continuous improvement plan on both service and cost
- Write and distribute procedures in his activity scope
Key Competencies:
- Haz mat and foreign language (Spanish, French) experience would be a plus
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
- SAP knowledge and experience is a plus.
- Positive attitude, team work and ‘Can do’ spirit.
- Time urgency & High responsibility & carefulness.
- Open-minded, result-oriented, proactive and good communicate skills.
- Quality orientated approach of work.
- Customer focused, highly detail oriented, and adaptive to change.
Qualifications/Requirements and Experience:
Strong professional, personal and business ethics- Bachelor’s degree, major in international logistics preferred
- 4/5 years working experience for forwarder or logistics management, knowledge for integrated supply chain management preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent attention to detail
- Self-starter & able to work independently with minimal direction
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook

- Preferability based in Markem Imaje Keene, NH, or In Kennesaw office , GA
