We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager who has grown up in tech or real estate and has a blend of creative and analytic skills who can help us develop and execute the strategy and tactics for generating qualified leads, driving brand awareness, and supporting the achievement of sales and customer revenue goals—owning the experience across the entire customer lifecycle. The Marketing Manager will join a collaborative team of experienced marketers and design professionals who support our Market Leader, Zurple, and Diverse Solutions brands.

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will write and produces multi-channel content for our brands and audience segments to drive brand awareness within our growing portfolio of businesses. This role employs a blend of creative and analytical skills to constantly raise the bar, producing content that resonates with audiences across our entire customer journey. Whether developing a strategy to build awareness, strengthening customer relationships to leverage in our advocacy strategy, growing our brand community across social channels, or helping the marketing team brainstorm our next big idea, you’ll be deeply involved with the initiatives driving our organization’s growth and next iteration.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to support sales and customer revenue targets
  • Build revenue-producing marketing programs in multiple channels, including email, in-product, and social media
  • Maintain and continue to grow content marketing program for brand and database growth
  • Create clear and appealing multi-channel campaigns to drive customer engagement with our products and services
  • Drive engagement with inbound leads and create repeatable lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the marketing and sales pipeline
  • Brand development: Write copy for and oversee the production of webinar content, sales tools, infographics, and other media to align with brand positioning—including our mission/vision statements—and to position our brands as thought leaders in the industry
  • Event planning: Own and execute event strategy for brands across our portfolio
  • Community building: Create and manage our social media content calendar, execute programs that increase the size and engagement of our audience, and build a community of advocates who evangelize our brands and products
  • Advocacy: Work cross-functionally to capture and engage advocates to integrate the voice of the customer throughout marketing campaigns and within industry channels
  • Corporate communications: Help develop collateral for email, press releases, presentations, print, events, video, web, social, and more
  • Sales enablement: Work cross-functionally to develop, maintain, and distribute sales tools that will help move prospects through the sales cycle

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, writing or equivalent
  • 5 years’ experience in marketing, preferably with SaaS products
  • An intense passion for building brand awareness
  • Proven expertise in effective, predictable lead generation for inside sales teams
  • Experience with content marketing strategy and best practices using downloadable guides, webinars, whitepapers, infographics, etc.
  • Strong data evaluation skills with the ability to extract and interpret data from various sources to drive creative marketing solutions and report out on results
  • Experience working with Salesforce and marketing automation systems, preferably Pardot
  • Able to develop a strategic marketing plan and manage a budget
  • Strong communication skills, including copywriting, presentation skills, and negotiation
  • Able to effectively interact and collaborate with all levels of management, sales teams, and other employees
  • Able to use a consistent tone of voice across business segments and portfolio brands
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, including the ability to write and deliver across multiple channels and formats while staying on-brand and in-voice
  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality—a typo terminator
  • Great understanding of communications channels, design, production, and publishing principles—not a designer per se, but able to set creative direction, manage creative resources, and roll up the sleeves as needed to introduce or execute new creative ideas
  • Strong communication skills, including copywriting, presentation skills, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Able to effectively interact with all levels of management, sales teams, and other employees
  • Desire to think outside the box to create/deliver engaging content
  • Experience in real estate is a plus
  • Experience with CMSs like WordPress and HTML/CSS a plus
