**Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced cafe environment. **Responsibilities:** - Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following recipes - Operate POS systems, such as Aloha POS, to process customer orders - Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures - Assist in food preparation and maintain cleanliness in the cafe area - Provide friendly customer service and address customer inquiries - Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and order processing - Support sales efforts by promoting specials and upselling products - Manage time efficiently to handle multiple tasks during peak hours **Requirements:** - Previous experience in the food industry, especially with coffee preparation - Proficiency in operating POS systems like Aloha POS is preferred - Strong cash handling skills and familiarity with basic math principles - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work well in a team - Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices - Effective communication and time management skills If you are passionate about coffee, enjoy interacting with customers, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we welcome you to apply for the Barista position at our cafe.
