Market Pizza is a thriving pizza restaurant located in the heart of Houlton, Maine. We are known for our delicious pizza and exceptional customer service. We are currently looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused servers to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about creating memorable dining experiences for our valued guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers upon arrival
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Ensure the proper presentation of food and beverages
• Deliver food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area
• Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally and courteously
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and promptness
• Process customer payments, including cash and credit card transactions
• Assist with opening and closing duties, such as setting up and cleaning tables, restocking supplies, etc.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a high level of cleanliness
• Team player mentality and willingness to work collaboratively with other staff members
• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
