Could you be a good fit? We are looking for the best, highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join the team of our exceptional client located in the Manchester NH area. This is an onsite role.

What will your day look like? As a Customer Service Representative you will :
- Assist business partners and customers via email and telephone.
- Handle customer complains in a professional, calm manner.
- Assess, resolve, and diagnose issues or problems.
- Monitor progress of delivery routes and scan haul away pods and verify stamps.
- Process cancellations or changes to delivery orders.
You will be a good fit for the Customer Service Representative role if you have :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year related experience preferably within call center environment
- Strong customer service skills with ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
- The ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
