ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The project manager plans, coordinates, and directs activities concerned with construction projects.
The project manager anticipates the conceptual development of projects and oversees its organization, scheduling, and implementation.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Strong verbal and communication skills
Strong work ethic, dependable
Ability to work effectively as a member of a team or independently.
Work with necessary personnel (store managers, foreman, GC) to organize and direct activities concerned with construction projects.
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within boundaries of company policy and contract specifications.
Confer with supervisors and foreman to discuss such matters as work procedures, complains, and construction problems.
Initiate and mitigate liaison with owners and contacts to facilitate project activities.
Monitor and control project through administrative direction of onsite foreman to ensure project is completed on time and within budget.
Track and report on project milestones and provide status updates to customers and management.
Work with contract administrator to manage financial aspects of contracts to protect company interest and simultaneously maintain a good relationship with the customer.

Salary: $56,413.75 - $67,939.14 per year
