We’re growing our Loyalty and Incentives Practice Area in our Detroit office and are looking for a Program Manager to lead and manage ongoing programs. We are seeking a Program Manager to lead the strategic vision and coordinate the operations within our Loyalty and Incentives Practice Area. The Program Manager will be responsible for effective operations and continuous process improvement by providing leadership, direction and motivation to the workforce as well as a strong working relationship with the client. About You: You are motivated by providing tangible business solutions to clients across a range of industries. You possess excellent communication skills. You are excellent at prioritization, organization and time management. What You'll Do: Responsible for the successful delivery of all client and program requirements. Provides day-to-day support for key client partners. Collaborate with the Clients, Account Teams and Operational Units in developing project specifications, business requirements, user stories, creative specifications, budgets and timelines Partner across teams and departments to complete program deliverables, improve processes, lower costs, and drive efficiencies. Establishes and maintains relationships with clients and internal departments to facilitate communication and awareness of programs and program changes. Submits technical requests through Jira ticketing system and engages with Technical Solutions Manager and Product Owners to ensure work completion. Provides data reporting and analysis as needed. Develops and maintains internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other training materials. Supports company quality standards, policies, procedures and work instructions as outlined in the company quality management system documentation. Supports communication and modeling of mission, vision, values and operating principles. What You'll Need: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong planning, multitasking and organizational skills; attention to detail and proactive client follow-up required. Cooperative, professional and effective interaction skills with co-workers, company staff and clients. Experience and confirmed abilities to lead change and implement process improvement effectively and proactively. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio. Knowledge of Jira application and Agile Project Management concepts . 3 years’ experience in Operations or Project Management role. Four-year degree in a Business, Management, or related field.
