Overview

We are looking for a Graphic/Video Designer to create engaging and on-brand visual products for multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams for a wide range of materials that include web pages, social media, videos, presentations, internal communication, newsletters, marketing campaigns, proposals, and more
• Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with the Marketing and Communications team, as well as the Solutions/Innovation division and pursuits teams, meeting deadlines and deliverables for simultaneous projects
• Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
• Take the lead on graphic and video projects—from concept to delivery—storyboard, design, animation, feedback, QA, and production
• Stay up to date on current design trends and suggest ideas to help improve strategy and content to increase engagement and reach

Requirements

• Degree in communications, journalism, marketing, graphic design, or related field, or demonstrated success in relevant professional fields
• At least 1-3 years of professional graphic design/video editing experience
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative suite tools
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, video editing, and web limitations; must have the ability to storyboard or translate ideas to team members
• Proven experience with graphic and video design, with a strong portfolio of work
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
