Description:

• Provide business performance analysis services.
• Provide support with overall business assessments.
• Make recommendations for process improvements.
• Assist with implementation of process improvements.
• Provide a strategic outlook for all client business areas.
• Create, collect and analyze requirements to identify the effectiveness of business processes
• Create functional and technical processes for new and existing projects and programs
• Documents standard operating procedures and best practices
• Create process maps and workflow documents

• Bachelor’s degree in any field;
  • High school, vocational school, or trade school diploma plus five (5) years’ work experience in a similar field may be substituted for degree requirement
• Desired: experience with project management software such as Primavera, Microsoft Project Server, or ServiceNow SPM
