Responsibilities & Qualifications

Security Account Manager oversee and manage site activity within a designated geographical area. Conduct routine inspections and audits of security personnel to ensure proper implementation of security procedures & protocol.
Responsibilities:
● Interact with all guests (clients and visitors) in a professional demeanor
● Foster client relationships through continuous communication and support
● Develop and implement site-specific security policies to successfully execute contract
● Ensure officers are performing all assigned duties including but not limited to time
sheets, daily logs, activity and incident reports
● Review and verify all reports and logs for accuracy
● Address and rectify all employee relation and payroll concerns in a timely manner
● Recruit, hire and train officers to ensure operational performance and coverage is met
● Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance (uniform and equipment)
● Utilize approved security equipment (CCTV, radios, computers/tablets etc.)
● Effectively communicate all pertinent information to team in a timely manner
● Manage security personnel including but not limited to scheduling, counseling and or
disciplinary actions when necessary
● Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance (uniform and equipment)
● Perform yard check audits on a daily basis.
● Conduct performance evaluations of staff at regular intervals.
● Ensure Schedules are always covered per client service agreement specs.
● Order access cards, equipment, and uniforms for all staff that require them.
● Conduct audits of payroll for accuracy daily.
● Research potential payroll issues when they are reported and report findings to corp.
● Other duties to be determined by management..
Qualifications:
● Must be at least 21 years of age
● Noncommisioned Security licensing (Required)
● Valid Driver's License and clean driving history (Required)
● High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
● Minimum of two years previous security supervision or leadership experience required
● Flexible/ on- call schedule availability
● Professional demeanor and appearance
● Excellent computer skills
● Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
● Attentive to detail
● Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
● Previous experience utilizing security equipment and protocols required
● Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
