Marmalade Brunch House is looking for a Bartender to serve alcoholic beverages at our events. Bartender responsibilities include serving food and alcohol, prepping orders, making glassware, and making resturants. If you have experience in the restaurant industry and you enjoy working with people, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help us create a memorable event for our customers and ensure their satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan the presentation of bar drinks and select the right equipment
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Experience
- 1 years as a Bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar
- Experience serving drinks such as mixers, juices, beer, wine, etc.
- Experience working in a kitchen setting is a plus'
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $8.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
