ABOUT THE POSITION:
The Data Warehouse and Analytics team leader will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our data warehouse in AWS. This role involves managing a team of professionals who develop and deliver comprehensive reporting, analytics, and dashboard solutions for internal employees and external clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data warehousing, analytics, and team leadership, with a focus on driving strategic data initiatives in the healthcare sector.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: 
  • Lead and manage the Data Warehouse and Analytics team, providing direction, mentorship, and support.
  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the AWS-based data warehouse.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and availability of data for reporting and analytics.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Develop and implement data governance and security policies in compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics interfaces to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data processes and technologies.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of data initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data warehousing and analytics.
  • Other duties as required.
WHAT DO YOU NEED
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in data warehousing, business intelligence, and analytics, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS services and technologies.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and SQL.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


WORK REQUIREMENTS:
  • Location – Tampa area is preferred, remote is a possibility.
  • Fast paced, dynamic work environment requiring the ability to be adaptive, innovative, and flexible
  • Travel expectations - minimal.
