We are privately owned and operate urgent care facilities in Southern California. We are not a franchise or hospital run company, and we run our clinics like a family. Job Duties
- Check-in telemedicine urgent care patients who have scheduled appointments
- Assigning a Marque doctors to complete their virtual urgent care visit
- Communicating with patients via text, call, and email
- Creating and verifying patient medical charts and health insurance
- Act as a liaison between Marque urgent care clinics and virtual patients
- Outgoing personality, professional manner, and the ability to be calm under pressure
- Strong computer skills
- Great references that can attest to your customer service and multitasking skills
- 1 year in a medical front desk or customer service role
- Bilingual
- Bachelor's Degree
