We are looking for a full-time IT Support Analyst to join our IT team.
The IT Support Analyst will support our offices in the Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama and Arkansas market. Candidates must have the ability to travel within our markets to meet office needs. Ideal candidates will reside in the Nashville area.

Responsibilities
- Identifying hardware and software solutions
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Resolving network issues
- Traveling to the client’s location or connecting via remote link
- Installing and configuring hardware and software and computer peripherals
- Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software
- Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem
- Providing timely and accurate customer feedback
- Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem
- Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved
- Replacing or repairing the necessary parts
- Supporting the roll-out of new applications
- Providing basic training on computer operation and management
- Providing support in the form of procedural documentation
- Managing multiple cases at one time
- Testing and evaluating new technologies
- Setup Accounts for new hires
- Manage users and groups in Office365
- Support phone system and desk phones
- Support printers
- Create knowledge articles to assist other IT team members
About You
MUST HAVE:
- Minimum of 2 years of IT technical support experience
- Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software
- Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role
- Proficiency in Windows
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Love to help people with IT problems
- Ability to travel within our TN locations to meet office needs. Some overnight travel required
Preferred qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Certification in Microsoft or Cisco
- Prior experience in Healthcare IT
- Prior experience in Dental IT support a plus
- Network experience a plus
- Server experience a plus
