Primary Responsibilities:
Duty Responsibilities
- Review the specific wedge request to identify the requirements and perform the grinding to ensure the wedge meets proper specifications
- Perform any and all grind operations to ensure zero tolerance club specifications upon completion of the grinding process. This includes visual inspection, machine testing, and measuring with a micrometer to a precise point.
- Learn and expand custom wedge stamping techniques to fulfill special requests and requirements of customers.
- Ability to perform any and all other related duties including assembly and inventory.
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in grinding clubs.
- Must have a strong attention to detail with the ability to meet precise specifications
Physical Requirements/Environmental Factors:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to lift 40 lbs.
- Constantly working around heavy grinding and sandblasting equipment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
