Duties:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Escort guests to their assigned tables and provide them with menus
- Assist in seating guests during busy periods and manage waitlists
- Answer phone calls and take reservations or provide information about the restaurant
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized host/host station
- Collaborate with servers to ensure smooth dining experience for guests
- Handle guest payments using the POS system

Skills:

- Strong hospitality and customer service skills
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred
- Excellent communication and guest relations skills
- Proficient in using POS systems, such as Aloha POS
- Ability to handle phone calls with professionalism and phone etiquette
- Willingness to help and assist guests with their needs

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.00 – 17.00 per week
