What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Brand Manager position at Marrinan & Associates?
This position is primarily supporting the V.P of Operations in all related daily functions. As a leading manufacturer in licensed products, we’re looking for someone who can work in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking is mandatory. The responsibility of balancing our vendor partners; assisting with inventory management, as well as overseeing customer order flow demands, excellent time management skills and advanced Excel skills where 60% of the job is performed. Our office is located in North Kingstown, RI with convenient access from route 4.
Skills Required:
Mandatory:
· Advanced computer skills– Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel (Must be “highly proficient” with Pivot Tables and V-Lookups.) In Excel you will be managing inventory levels, analyzing data to determine future order needs, assisting production schedules, etc.)
· Assist upper management with administrative requirements with efficiency and professionalism.
· Attention to detail required as you work with multiple facets of the business.
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills
· Superior time management necessary
· Highly organized resulting in good follow-through while managing multiple tasks
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
· Able to work independently with the ability to retrieve what is needed to accomplish task at hand.
· Enjoy working with a team and willing to assist with unexpected projects
· Dependable and punctual

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
