What are the responsibilities and job description for the Media Coordinator position at Marriner?
Manages day-to-day oversight of media programs in market – checking placements, tracking program delivery, coordinating content needs and more. Supports Marriner’s performance team with collection and delivery of media results data. Functions as liaison between publisher and client service team for all custom content activities. May be asked to develop and negotiate smaller media plans, as needed. Responsible for collecting production specs and supporting with ad closing lists to ensure successful delivery of all materials. Assists media team on plan revisions, flowcharts, value-added components and more. Reports to Media Manager.

Responsibilities:
Media Execution and Management
- Develop material close lists and production specs for all deliverables associated with the media buy
- Maintain current publisher specs and update specs library
- Coordinate value-added components of the buy
- Coordinate custom content needs and event sponsorship logistics
- Maintain updated flowcharts and support with plan revisions, cancellations, etc.
- Check placements, pull campaign tearsheets/screengrabs and maintain client library
- Develop and negotiate smaller media plans, as needed
- Support with media presentation development
Media Trafficking
- Support Ad Operations Coordinator as back-up on as-needed basis
- Cross-train in Google Campaign Manager for delivery of digital assets
- Support with quality assurance function to ensure accuracy of placements and content
- Traffic creative assets to appropriate vendors as necessary
Performance Reporting
- Collect media results, organize and maintain all media reporting spreadsheets
- Support with client presentations in collaboration with performance team
- Pull appropriate creative assets to support reporting presentations
- Maintain publisher benchmarks
Education and Training:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications
- 1-2 years agency media experience desired
