Housekeeping Inspector
Job Posting for Housekeeping Inspector at Marriott Anchorage Downtown
Duties:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and other designated areas of the hotel.
- Perform general housekeeping tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and making beds.
- Ensure all rooms are stocked with necessary supplies and amenities.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
- Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests.
Experience:
- Previous experience in industrial cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and custodial practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management systems or software is beneficial.
Skills:
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
