We are searching for a Manager in Training – Rooms to join our team. This role is perfect for the candidate that wants to begin a career in hotels. The manager in training will be working in supervisor or administrative roles in the rooms department of the hotel. This is designed so that the associate can learn different areas of the hotel and eventually placed in a full-time leadership position in our hotel. Housekeeping and front desk are the primary focus of the training.

Who we are looking for:
Guest service is the driving principle at the Marriott. We require a hands-on attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of branded hotel at the front desk. Must be flexible to work anywhere throughout the rooms division. The hotel business is a 24-7 industry and the flexibility to work any shift is required. A 4-year degree in Business or Hospitality highly preferred.
