Here’s how you’ll help make a difference:
Maintenance Supervisor - Resort Operations
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.
- Supervise the Engineering staff to ensure excellent owner/guest service and facility maintenance.
- Install, maintain, perform preventative maintenance on, and recommend replacement of tools, appliances, and equipment.
- Enter and locate work-related information using computers. Operate power lift.
- Calibrate all controls, gauges, meters, etc. Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves.
- Complete the life safety checklist, including the fire-pump run test and generator run test. Inspect fire sprinkler valves and alarm systems.
- Assist in development of disaster response protocols. Respond and attend to owner/guest repair requests.

Experience:
- Payroll/Scheduling: 1 year (Preferred)
- Leadership/Supervisory: 1 year (Preferred)
- HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical: 1 year (Preferred)
- Tile/Carpentry: 1 year (Preferred)
- Hand tools/Power tools: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
- EPA Certification and CPO Certification (Required)
