Job Description:
As a Digital Fabrication Technician at MARS FASHION INC, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our state-of-the-art direct-to-garment (DTG), direct-to-film (DTF), and embroidery machines. This role is crucial in ensuring high-quality production output and efficiency in our textile manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Operate DTG, DTF, and embroidery machines efficiently while maintaining high quality and output standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to understand and execute production requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures in the production area.
• Keep accurate records of production output, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered.
• Assist in the research and implementation of new technology to improve production processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in textile production or a related field, particularly with direct-to-garment, direct-to-film, and embroidery machines.
• Strong technical acumen and ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in textile manufacturing is a plus.
