Job Description :

The Regional Factory Finance Business Partner serves as a trusted partner in the organization and provides financial leadership for the respective Site / Manufacturing Management teams.

The primary purpose of this role is to partner with manufacturing teams in the pursuit of operational excellence and cost.

This position provides insights on operating results and clarifies key performance indicators for value creation roadmap.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor or higher degrees in Accounting, Finance or MBA.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience with solid experience in financial management, reporting and forecasting.
• Manufacturing or Supply Chain business partnering experience.
• Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Industry is preferred.
• Strong analysis skill, detail oriented and strong in Excel.
• Accounting background (optional).
• Ability to travel to other site minimum once a quarter.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Provides business partner support and financial guidance for the manufacturing sites.

Contributes to an engaging, high performance learning environment and drives a strong culture of performance within sites.

Drives manufacturing site efficiencies, continuous improvement and value add innovation.

Serve as the Finance Business Partner to the Plant Managers & site leadership teams :

Providing financial advice to ensure sound financial and operational decisions.Supporting strategy definition and implementation.

Developing and evaluating longer term strategies.Validating forecasts and investment plans.Identifying business issues and opportunities for optimization and making recommendations for future actions.

Providing insights and thorough inputs to the operating plan, revised forecasts, and strategic planning cycles for manufacturing run.

Lead for Supply Finance within the region ensure strong partnership with North America Market Finance team to support with overall Unit Performance understanding.
