Master Data Quality Manager, Franklin TN
The Master Data Quality Manager drives efficiency, transparency and data quality within the master data function by
identifying, developing, and implementing process improvement activities. This role will help ensure current data
issues are addressed and that rules and processes are established to maintain the integrity of our master data ongoing.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent in work experience
- 3-5 Years of Experience in Project Management, Data Quality/Governance, Finance or Continuous Improvement (preferably in CPG industry)
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Well-developed problem solving and analytical skills
What would be your key responsibilities?
- Drive progress against the pipeline of continuous improvement opportunities for the Master Data team
- Develop and maintain the periodic Master Data Reporting Package
- Represent local Master Data Team on strategic global master data initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement ideas through process and system capability to achieve ERP benefits.
- Ensure good business process knowledge, documentation, methodology, integration, and consistency in the business unit
