Product Analyst - Retail
Preferred Location: Nashville/Franklin, TN
Locations Considered: Phoenix, AZ / Seattle, WA / Minneapolis, MN / Cincinnati, OH / Bentonville, AR
As the Retail Product Analyst, you will report to the Team Lead of Retailer Data and Analytics. You will be responsible for supporting our top performing eCommerce and Omnichannel Data and Analytics Programs. You will be expected to partner with engineers to gather data from multiple sources, support the development and maintenance of products, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and monitor business usage. You will also be responsible for documenting processes and providing recommendations for improvement.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor's Degree
2 years of experience in data analysis and ecommerce reporting
Strong knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
Knowledge of any scripting language (e.g., Python, R, etc)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter with strong attention to detail, curiosity, and problem-solving skills
What would be your key responsibilities?
Work with Product Owners and business users to understand data requirements and develop solutions in an agile approach (requirements gathering, planning, development, implementation, stakeholder management, and on-going support)
Support and maintain internal reporting pipeline and dashboards, including troubleshooting, development, refresh schedules, access, data quality issues. Write basic and intermediate SQL or Python queries in Databricks
Develop Master reference files (source of truth) across retailers for retail products, search and media campaigns, search trends and more
Support best practices around data quality monitoring, documentation, training and self-service videos
Support the voice of the customer and their needs with internal developers and engineers

Base Pay Salary Range: $65,826 - $98,739
