Job Skills / Requirements
As you might expect, product repair and leading will be at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be:
- Repair plastic product bins as well as metal bends and breaks
- Maintain goal of units completed per week
- Use and train employees on using tools safely and properly to effectively repair product carts
- Supervises and coordinates activities of workers at multiple work sites engaged in product repair services
- Assigns Product Repair work to employees, following material and work requirements
- Inspects work performed to ensure performance to specifications and established standards
- Ensures clients are satisfied with current performance of team
- Confers with and coaches’ staff to resolve production and personnel problems
- Records personnel data on specified forms
Hourly Rate: Starting at $19
Shift: Day and Night shift available

Requirements:
- You must be 18 years old.
- A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required.
- Experience with tools and spot welder a plus!
- Be comfortable in a busy warehouse setting.
- Be comfortable in being in hot and cold temperatures.
- At least 2 years of Supervisory Experience.
