A day in the life.
The Office Administrator is responsible for providing executive level support to the Clark Insurance management and organization. The Office Administrator will oversee the daily administration of Clark Insurance offices.
What can you expect to do?
- Responsible for managing the administrative and facilities functions for Clark Insurance offices. Administrative and facilities functions include managing facilities, vendor relationships, ordering office supplies, review and approve invoicing of services, and coordinate with managers and colleagues on administrative needs (estimated at 40% of workload)
- Reception support with directing incoming calls to appropriate departments and colleagues (estimated 30% of workload)
- Assists with meeting preparation by creating meeting agendas, coordinating locations, and planning meals and travel (as needed) for recurring and ad-hoc meetings. All colleague meetings, executive leadership meetings, and marketing events. (estimated at 10% of workload)
- Assists with new colleague onboarding including request for employee access ids and administer carrier log on ids for all new colleagues (estimated at 10% of workload)
- Provides ad-hoc support to executive leadership team by updating and printing documents, updating social media profiles, and coordinating appointments as needed (estimated at less than 10% of workload)
- Other duties as assigned by Management.

- Demonstrates professional verbal and written communication skills and critical thinking skills
- Excellent organizational skills with a high-level of attention to detail

- Effectively manages multiple priorities to deliver materials in a deadline-driven environment
- Uses attention to detail to ensure that documents are completed accurately
