The Process Analysis Manager oversees, develops and analyzes policies, procedures, and related workflows. This position develops, analyzes and oversees project quality assurance, applications and resource allocation. Enhances program and project management capabilities and operational oversight. Develops, edits and executes project plans to manage the lifecycle and operational aspects of projects. Defines, develops and deploys standardized processes and workflows across the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited, to the following:
Identify and manage resources for process improvement projects.
Plan, execute, and evaluate process improvement projects with cross-functional teams.
Provide support and guidance to team when needed.
Application workflow review, design and implementation.
Process review and improvement.
Establish and build vendor relationships.
Complete annual application compliance reviews.
Develop and maintain process improvement policies and infrastructure.
Optimize or redesign process flows to meet project requirements and company metrics.
Maintain and update all process related documents.
Train resources in process improvement techniques.
Monitor and routinely report out on process performance and improvements in key metrics.
Work with management to define the short- and long-term objectives and potential gains.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field required or the equivalent work experience.
Project Management Certificate preferred but not necessary.
10 years of relevant experience
Strong analytical, oral communication and technical writing skills
Knowledge of business systems software packages
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office products and ability to quickly learn agency management software. Must be able to use Microsoft Outlook for written communication as well as maintaining and responding to calendar, appointment and meeting invitations.
