A day in the life.

As our Business Risk Specialist on the National Retirement Services team, you’ll play a valuable, hands-on support role for the Field Supervision and Compliance teams.

You will encourage collaboration between on-going business growth and minimizing inherent risks in the securities industry.

As the Business Risk Specialist, you will be responsible to support (and at times, lead) various short and long-term projects to enhance operational workflows and efficiencies in Compliance reporting.

You will communicate with advisors to explain compliance related issues and enforce regulatory standards. You will travel (approx.

30%) to MMA offices and conduct audits to ensure compliance to all company standards, and tackle ad-hoc items as they arise.

In addition, you will monitor, report and correct non-compliance in emails, social media use and client operations. The Business Risk Specialist must possess the series 24, or must obtain the series 24 within your first 90 days of hire.
