A day in the life.
The Agency Associate (Early Career Program) is a full-time, permanent opportunity with the unique advantage of finding your passion while making connections and growing your overall professional skills, providing a springboard into your next role at MMA. You will spend the first 9 months at MMA gaining exposure to multiple areas of our business, completing daily tasks in three to four business practice areas on a rotational basis. You will learn how to affectively handle new business, renewal business, and customer service needs inside Business Insurance, Employee Health and Benefits, Personal Lines, Surety, or Retirement practices, in preparation for beginning a practice area focused career path. Upon successful completion of program, practice area focus will be based on interest, interview and testing process, and business needs.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
- High School diploma or general education degree
- Proficiency is MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
- Some college or Bachelor’s degree in business, risk management, management, sales, or related field of study preferred
