Description
In this role you will perform a wide range of services and provide support for daily operations in Client Services and logistic operations. You will be the main point of contact for some customers with back up responsibilities for other Client Services Account Managers. You will support the Client Services Team by providing quality control assistance related to customer orders and reservation systems, assisting with completion of customer questionnaires, and working with the marketing team to maintain updated customer contact lists and assisting with customer information or material distribution notifications.
The logistics responsibilities primarily include coordinating the weekly delivery schedules, communication with Marshall truck drivers and contract carriers, maintaining compliance with Department of Transportation Regulations and USDA regulations as they relate to transport of animals, compiling and preparing various reports related to transport operations, coordinating domestic and export air shipments with customer notifications as applicable, and maintaining various permits and/or registrations.
Hours are Monday - Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
This position is a grade N3 and pays a minimum of $16.84/hour. Compensation is based on experience!
Requirements
High school diploma plus five (5) years' related experience.
