This position can be based out of any of Marshall & Sterling's New York Downstate offices.
Description :
Provide upmost service to clients by fulfilling major responsibilities as listed below. Serve as a point of contact for our client's insurance needs, servicing, and assisting in building client relationships by education clients through service requests, account rounding, and cross selling opportunities while referring new business opportunities to personal lines and other divisions.
Review policies for accuracy and completeness and update system in accordance with workflow procedures.
