Martin Exteriors is looking to fill an immediate opening for an organized and experienced Outside Sales Consultantto initiate contact with clients and create tailored-fit proposals that will meet customers’ needs. The Outside Sales Consultant’s responsibilities include traveling to assigned territories to directly meet with potential and current clients to discuss their requirements, provide product and service demonstrations, negotiate sales contracts, and inform them of new product and service releases and updates.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and convert leads into sales, utilizing both self-generated and company-provided leads.
• Capitalize on Martin Exteriors' substantial investment in marketing across various channels such as TV, radio, sponsorships, billboards, aerial banners, home shows, and more.
• Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the company's growth.
• Negotiating with potential and existing customers to close sales.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
• Ability to work independently and generate leads while utilizing the company's resources effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with potential clients and represent Martin Exteriors professionally.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and respond to market trends and customer needs.
